RE/MAX Professionals Celebrates 25 Years of Miracles
Every minute, 62 children enter a Children’s Miracle Network Hospital for treatment; every 30 seconds, a RE/MAX agent helps someone find their perfect place. Since 1992, RE/MAX agents and brokers have invested in the well-being of their local communities by raising more than $150 million for 170 CMN Hospitals.
We are excited to announce that our offices participated in our third annual “Month of Miracles” throughout the month of August. This month-long fundraising event is designed to raise much-needed money to support our local Phoenix Children’s Hospital as well as raise awareness in our community.
“Children’s hospitals depend on local donations — like those from RE/MAX agents participating in Miracle Home and Miracle Property programs— to provide the top-of-class care kids deserve,” said John Lauck, president and CEO of Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals. “On behalf of the millions of families impacted by RE/MAX donations, we appreciate each agent’s efforts and thank them for truly making miracles happen in their communities all year long.”
In 2016, RE/MAX Affiliates in the U.S. and Canada donated over $10 million to 170 Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals through the Miracle Home and Miracle Property programs. Here at RE/MAX Professionals, our agents donated over $40,000 to our local Phoenix Children’s Hospital last year. We were recognized by RE/MAX LLC for being the highest contributing office in the Southwest Region (Arizona, Nevada and New Mexico) to the Children’s Miracle Network, and our local Phoenix Children’s Hospital!
Each donation helps fund pediatric medical equipment, treatments, charitable care and other healthcare services for local CMN hospitals. As the contributions continue to grow, we are able to aid a larger number of sick and injured children – which is something we take great pride in being able to do for our community.

We would like to thank all our clients for letting us help them sell their home or find the home of their dreams. Without your trust, we wouldn’t have received the Gold Award, at the President’s Roundtable & Sales Awards. We celebrated the success with other WeMAR members at the Glendale Civic Center early this year.
For the second year in a row, we received the NAHREP Top 250 Latino Agents Award. Every year, the nearly fifty-thousand Latinos in real estate from all cities across the country are closely considered for the Top 250 Latino Agent award. Each candidate brings a unique story of personal triumph, overcoming adversity, devotion to their trade, and work every day in their local market to make homeownership a reality for Hispanic families. Among the nation’s Top 250 agents was Oscar Colato. He was noted as number 90 on the Top 250 list for the number of transactions in the 2016 calendar year.
For the third consecutive year, agents affiliated with RE/MAX far outnumber all competitors in the Top 250 Latino Agents ranking compiled by the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals. In fact, the number of RE/MAX agents ranked by transaction sides nearly doubles the total of the closest competitor. The 67 RE/MAX agents on the list – 68 with an adjusted tie – demonstrate the premier service a buyer or seller can expect from a RE/MAX agent, says RE/MAX SVP Mike Reagan, a member of the NAHREP Board of Governors.
Oscar Colato was also recognized as one of the 100 Most Influential Real Estate Agents in Arizona. Real Estate Executive Magazine seeks to recognize and celebrate the service, dedication and hard work that real estate agents put into building their companies and serving their clients. To select the 100 Most Influential Real Estate Agents, Real Estate Executive Magazine conducted a comprehensive analysis of the leading real estate companies in each state.
